1. What we provide

BuilderPilot AI offers software: artificial intelligence systems ("AI coworkers") that support business operations such as customer communication, sales follow-up, marketing drafts, and operational organization.

The website describes our services. The demo lets you try one of them. Neither creates a client relationship — that begins when you subscribe and sign our Client Acknowledgement.

2. AI coworkers are software

Sarah, Marcus, Emma, and James are AI systems, not human employees. Their names, portraits, and personalities are design choices, not representations of real people. See our AI Disclosure for detail.

They can be wrong. Nothing they generate is legal, financial, tax, medical, or licensed real estate advice, and none of them is a licensed professional in any field.

3. Using the demo

The demo is a free demonstration. When you use it:

• Don't share sensitive information. No government identification numbers, financial credentials, health information, or other people's personal details.
• Conversations are recorded. See our Privacy Policy.
• Use is limited. We cap message volume to keep the service available and control costs. Attempting to bypass those limits, automate access, or overload the service is not permitted.
• Don't misuse it. No unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive use, and no attempts to extract our prompts, instructions, or underlying systems.

We may limit or end demo access at any time, for any reason.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send us. By sending it, you give us permission to process it in order to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share — including other people's personal information without a lawful basis.

5. Our content

The website, its text, design, and the BuilderPilot name and logo belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Output an AI coworker generates for you is yours to use. We make no claim to it. We also can't guarantee it's unique — AI systems can produce similar output for different users.

6. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site and service accurate and available, but we don't guarantee either. Content may be out of date. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or reasons outside our control.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
