Sarah, Marcus, Emma, and James are artificial intelligence systems developed by BuilderPilot AI. They are not human employees, and any name, portrait, or personality associated with them is a design choice — not a representation of a real person.
We give them names and faces because it makes them easier to work with, not to suggest they are people. We would rather tell you that plainly than have you find out later.
What they do
Each AI coworker supports a specific area of a business — customer success, sales, marketing, or operations — by organizing information, drafting content, and responding to questions based on what a company shares with them during onboarding.
What they don't do
BuilderPilot's AI coworkers do not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. They do not have authority to make final business decisions, sign agreements, or commit any company to obligations. Responsibility for reviewing and approving their output rests with the people using them.
They are not licensed professionals. Sarah and her coworkers are not licensed real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, or financial advisors, and nothing they say constitutes professional representation or advice in any regulated field. If you need advice that requires a license, speak to a licensed professional.
Conversations are recorded
Messages you send to Sarah on this site are stored by BuilderPilot AI, along with a randomly generated visitor identifier and the time of the conversation. We use this to operate the service, improve how our AI coworkers respond, and understand what visitors are looking for.
Please don't share sensitive information in this demo. Avoid Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information, or anyone else's personal information. This is a public demonstration, not a secure channel.
If you'd like your demo conversation deleted, email hello@builderpilotai.com and tell us roughly when you visited.
How your data is processed
Conversations are processed using third-party infrastructure in order to generate responses and operate the service:

What this site stores in your browser
This site stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser so Sarah can recognize you across visits, and a second identifier that lasts only until you close the tab. Neither contains your name, email, or any information you haven't given us. Clearing your browser data removes both.
Accuracy
Like any AI system, BuilderPilot's coworkers can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Review anything important before relying on it — particularly anything with legal, financial, or contractual consequences.
